Problems with Calls

what it happening where building, the phone can communicate internally but cannot make calls external or call to cell phone??

i dont know who can be more specific but yesterday i reset the region services and the problem stop for a while but it came back again.

i try to check all call by typing

SHOW CALL HIST SUMMARY into router but it not help me.

How did you configure your regions? If you are able to complete calls internally yet not to the pstn. It sounds like a codec mismatch. I.E. Region1 is G.729 and your pstn is G.711.

that is the first problem, i work it down doing that the telephone was registered in call to manager again
