Problems with Cisco 7961G-GE Phones

hi,

I have 7960, 7961 phones in the same Voice VLAN. And I have also an Non gateway controlled Intercluster Trunk between my call manager cluster and a remote call manager clauster. the both clusters are on 4.1(3) version. With any 7960 phone call setup happens and there is voice traffic both way, no problem. if I try cluster call with a 7961 phone there is a call setup, it says "connected" but i can not hear anything nor the other person can hear me. with packet captures I can see traffic originating both ways, and transmitting both ways. I have checked my ACLs, took them down, tried the call again, no luck. The thing is that everything works with 7960 phone, but with 7961 the only thing not working is the ICT call.

I even upgraded the version to SCCP41.8-0-4SR1S.
