Problems with IVC

After running the IVC install, nothing gets placed in exchange connectors nor is there anything in services. All appears to go okay and I even get a message asking if i want to start ivc. I'm running NT4 sp6a, Exch 5.5 sp4<br>I have retried a number of times with same result. Unity is 246(135)<br><br><br><br>

Make sure you've already installed the Internet Mail Service (SMTP connector) in Exchange. Make sure you're using an account that has permission to log in as a service and act as part of the OS. Are you installing on a domain controller or member server?

The SMTP service is up and working. I'm using the Administrator account and attempting to install on a PDC.
