Problems with playing Wave files in IVR application.

I'm developing some IVR application with TAPI and CCM. I have some strange problem:

when I start play WAVE file over a regular call(inbound/outbound), I doesn't hear anything

(all wave functions reports that everything is OK),

BUT when play the same WAVE over a conference call,

everything is working fine, I can hear the WAVE files.

Something wrong with configuration of CCM, CTI ports ?

Any idea?

What format are the wave files you are using ?

They should be CCITT u-Law 8,000 kHz 8Bit Mono.
