The IPMA dialog box isn't displaying on the phones. It was working fine for the longest time, now it has just inexplicably stopped. They still having their IPMA softkeys, but they dont work. I've checked all of the user/device associations and settings, everything looks fine. I've also reloaded the IPMA app via the /manager/list application when that didn't work I also restarted the tomcat service. None of this has helped. Any ideas what could have changed to cause it to stop working? We are running 4.1.3sr3a and I'm seeing the problem on 7971, 7961G-GE and 7941G-GE phones.
