has anyone installed the new version of the IVR 3.0(2), and deploy the functionallity of the outgoin calls, becuase i have some problems,
I start the application of the outgoing calls, and it starts ok, it begun to dial the customer phone numbers, but suddenly it stops,
Could be at the first call or could done 20 calls,
Does anyone has the same problem

Make sure the CTI ports you are using have the correct calling search space to make outbound calls?

All the CTI ports have the correct calling search space, but i have no problem to do the outbound calls. it start but suddenly it stops to make it.
Sometimes only did 10 calls, sometimes only 1 call, and stop, thats my problem why it stops makeing calls?

May be it is somethign to do with your Jtapi or CTI server.
Look at the Jtapi logs.
