Probs with Install no MWI

MWI lamps are not working. Status monitor does not show the calls going out. Have checked the following :-<br>MWI on and off codes are correct in unity and CCM.<br>Unity and CCM have both been stopped and started and rebooted.<br>There are no errors in the eventviewer.<br>When dialing from a phone the MWI codes work.<br>The SA pages shows correctly cisco calll manager 3.01 and above, and TAPI int. <br>All ports are answering. <br><br>also<br><br>When I use the record/playback from unity server I get the message :- UNKNOWN PROBLEMS ARE PREVENTING THE COMPLETION OF THE CALL.<br><br>The system is Unity 2.46 build 135, on win2000 sp2, exch5.5 runtime SP4. TAPI 1.0.0.36<br><br><br><br>

If you look at the users mailbox does it have the correct status for the MWI light?

For the UNKNOWN PROBLEMS ARE PREVENTING THE COMPLETION OF THE CALL did you put in the IP address of the CM or the Unity? You need to put in the IP of the Unity server.
