I setup Productivity Services on a standalone server on the same vlan as the exchange server. When I go to the services button, and then the Productivity Services button, and then I go down through the menu until the part where I should be able to sync my contacts it gets an error to the effect of "could not get info from Exchange Server"
We are running um, so all the voicemails are stored on our current exchange server.
I reset up Productivity Services double checking the information that I put in and it didnt make a difference. Any ideas?

You may want to capture a Sniffer trace of the Exchange server to see the request and what is returned. This may give you a better idea of what is going on.
