Progress Indicator on ITS

I have a 1760 Running ITS. It is "talking" with call manager over a VPN. When calls orginate from the ITS side and are destined for the call manager side, you hear ring tones, but when the call originates from the call manager side destined for the ITS side, you don't have any progress indication. You hear nothing until someone picks up the phone. How do I solve this issue? Any call to the ITS box gets progress indication except for VOIP calls through the VPN.

We have seen some IOS issue with ringback on ITS/SRST gateways. What IOS are you running?
