Callmanager is a voice system; it should not be in a domain like any other computer.
If you want to join the ccm to the domain, you can. However, read this caution from CCO before upgrading:
Failing to remove the server from the domain and add it to a workgroup may cause upgrade errors, upgrade failures, or a total system failure, which includes a loss of data and a complete reinstallation of Cisco CallManager.
