Prompt Tones Are Not Recognized By Unity For Outside Callers

After outside callers leave their message, they are prompted to either hang up or wait for additional options, i.e., press 5 to listen to your message. When you hit 5 or any other option number, the tones are not recognized, but this only happens for outside callers.
