export utility exports most items and objects from 2.4x - upgrading to 3.x<br>looking to maintain all customer recorded messages<br>- listen only mailbox - non exchange users<br>- call handler custom prompts<br>- etc<br><br>Is there a way to do this ???<br>thanks in advance<br><br>

Cisco does not have tools and does not support moving anything that the Full Database Export/Import does not get.
You might want to try Microsoft ExMerge for your mailboxes.
Changing prompts is not support so we have nothing for this one.
