Protocol Application Invalid

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can help me out, I tried upgrading my Cisco 7940 IP Phone to the P0S3_07_5_00 firmware. I now have the phone only booting to the stage where I get

Universal Application Loader

Protocol Application Invalid.

When I look at the log on my TFTP server, I get these files requested from my IP phone.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to getting my phone back online.

Thanks in advance
