Hello,

I am testing to put an IP Phone on a switch, which is separated to the CCM by a Firewall.

I have opened SCCP (TCP 2000) and RTP (UDP 19384 and 32768), and TFTP.

I does not work.

Did I have forget something? Could you tell me exactly what I have to open and in which direction?

Thanking you in advance

One problem with the information above is that RTP uses ports 16384 - 32768. Also, take a look at the Signaling, Media and Other Communication Between Phones and CallManager section of the following link. It gives the ports and directions for phone to CCM communication.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
