The following command is available only under global configuration "call fallback threshold delay (msec) loss (%)".
The problem is that my Router connects to a 10Mbit/s link and a 256Kbit/s link.
Due to the different delay and loss profiles of these two links, setting the delay and loss for PSTN fallback with the above command can satisfy the requirements of only one of the two "links", while it can potentially affect the voice quality on the other link.
