PSTN --> Cisco 1760 --> CM --> IP-phone

I welcome All! Help to understand with a situation: Is Cisco 1760 with voice modules, ñonnected to PSTN through analog lines. Is CM 3.1.3 and IP-phone. At receipt of a call from PSTN if on IP-phone have not lifted the receiver, and the subscriber initiated a call (taking place in PSTN) has hanged up, IP-phone continues to call and the interface on Cisco is not put. In what can be Problem? It is thankful in advance

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
