PSTN problem with Albacom (Italia)

Hello, I have the following problem between a cisco voice gateway (H323) and a PRI from Albacom:

At random moments, one needs to try different times to connect to certain numbers.

After troubleshooting, we noticed that the PSTN sends a disconnect message right after the setup message. Because of this disconnect message, the Telephony System disconnects the call.

A support ticket has been opened at Albacom with the following reference: 1/713337221

Re: PSTN problem with Albacom (Italia)

The disconnect reason: 0x849F

84 means "From Public Network near Remote User"

9F means "Normal, unspecified or Special intercept call blocked group restriction"

The issue is closer to the remote user with the telco. Have a look at this link

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/129/isdn_disc_code.html

Please contact Telco to investigate the disconnect cause.
