I am having to replace a CallManager Publisher that is running 3.3.2 srC. My new hardware is a MCS-7835H-2400 server. I get the OS installed and start the CallManager install. The CallManager install fails saying that I have to have service pack 3 installed. The current OS I installed has service pack 4 installed. What is the issue. More important what is the work around.
Since you have mentioned Sp4, I assume that you have OS Upgrade 2000.2.5 insalled. CallManager 3.3.2 doesn't install with 2000.2.5 (Sp4). The work-around would be, install the OS from CDs, install CM 3.3.2 and then install the OS upgrade. You can also check this
