If you are interested in displaying the Queue statistics to IP Phone agent then this feature is available with IPCC Express 3.1 version. This is a new feature added to 3.1 version.
With 3.1 you can display enterprise data to IP Phone agents, display current agent state (Ready, Not Ready etc) and also enables agent to view the queue statistics, number of calls in queue and oldest in queue. Statistics refreshed 15 seconds and can be refreshed manually.
With Call Manager version 3.3 you can customize the softkeys for individual users or group of users. Check the softkey template configuration in CCM 3.3
