Pull voicemail message off system as wav file

Is there a way to pull a voicemail message out of a mailbox as a wav file and TFTP it down to a pc? I am using CME 4.0 on a 2811 router with Unity Express AIM Module (V 2.3.2)

Yes, you can configure integrated messaging with CUE to access voicemail using Outlook or another IMAP email client. Take a look at the following link.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Re: Pull voicemail message off system as wav file

Does this require purchasing an additional module/feature? (ie. Integrated Messaging) or is it included?

Re: Pull voicemail message off system as wav file

The feature is included, but what I failed to consider is that Integrated Messaging is only supported on the NM versions of CUE, not on the AIM. With the AIM, there is no direct access to data stored in flash, so there's no way that I know of to access a voicemail in this fashion.
