Putting a Mailbox on Hold

I have a user going on sick and she doesn't want recieve any messages when she is out how can I suspend the account until she comes back.<br><br>

I think the easiest way to do that would be to activate their Alternate greeting rule (which will over ride all other greeting rules), record a greeting indicating they’re out of the office and not taking messages, then set the “After greeting action” to send the caller back to the opening greeting (or to “say goodbye” or whatever) instead of taking a message.

If you wanted to go for style points, you could also disable transfers to their extension so people don’t waste time ringing the person’s phone via auto attendant transfers while they’re out.
