Now our confusion is that if we only config our network and our business peer network to support the rtp and rsvp ,is it enough
Remember that QoS is an end-to-end thing. If the problem is on your side it might help, but if the problem is elsewhere then QoS really does no good. You could try it, but I would talk to MCI to see what they are doing about it.
