QoS Data in CDR

All of my Call Manager CDR reports have 'NA' for the QoS entries. I've tried adjusting my QoS parameters without success. I assume that I haven't set up my gateways and phones to correctly report QoS information. I've done some document searches but haven't found what collection information needs to be turned on in a VG200, 2600 MGCPblade, Call Manager 3.2, etc. Anyone have a reference that would help?

Often times complex configuration/troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
