QoS fields in ART database shows Null value

Hello,

I would like to generate QoS reports from my Call Manager server. I can't do that. I have noticed that QoS fields in ART database (tblBillingData table) shows NULL or NA value. I can see that in following fields: Orig_Packets_Lost, Orig_Jitter, Orig_latency and so on.

Why this information aren't collected?

CCM version 3.3(5)

Make sure that CMR (Call Diagnostics are enabled) under Service parameters.

If a call involved a H323 we cannot gather QoS values.
