QoS on 1600 router

Anyone knows if can I deploy LLQ or any kind of QoS on 1600 series router with IOS 12.1 or 12.2 for a PPP serial link???

LLQ is available for PPP, ATM permanent virtual circuit (PVC), and Frame Relay PVC interfaces in Cisco IOS Release 12.1(5)T and higher. The feature runs on all Cisco IOS software platforms with the exception of the Cisco 12000 series Internet router.
