QRT Broken?

Hello,

We have a strange problem I haven?t been able to find any documentation for. When we try to view any QRT information in CallManager serviceability I get the following error on the page that pops up:

QRT Folder does not exists !

Check if the CEF Service is Acvitaved and Running.

-----------------------------------------

I?m not sure what that means and I haven?t been able to find information on it. If I browse to the folders on the server, I can see the QRT logs and they have information in them.

We are running CallManager 4.2.1sr1a.

Any ideas?

If you check the Control Center the Cisco Extended Functions is running?

If deactivated activate it from Service Activation.

That's the strange thing, all the services show up as running. I did a querey for 1 day and that didn't work so I changed the year to last year, and it worked. It seems that once I get within 2 months time frame it gets that error.

I have this issue also. We are using 4.2.1srb1. Did you managed to fix it?

We have upgraded to 4.2.3SR3 and last I knew it still wasn't working. We haven't actually tried it lately.
