Is it possible to re-configure the options in QRT for the reason selections of a phone problem. I have the canned ones, but I'm trying to use this with a customer who has slightly different issues that are intermittent, but there are two issues that are nearly identical, but need to be flagged differently. The only viable option right now is to use the Dropped Call option.
