I configured QRT but everytime I press
the softkey nothing happens and I get:

I have not restarted the CTI service because it is in production right now. I'll try it later. Is there anything else I should be trying?

Only recap an Internal DDTS (U) in which Callback and QRT do not work on Phones registered to secondary CCM
The problem was because CTI Manager tried to open a device on a wrong node.
Let us know if Restarting CTI help.
As I susspoected restarting te CTIManager service did the trick.
