QRT Report Problem

Trying to look at QRT Logs but recieving the following error when trying to access the log files thru the QRT Viewer

Document empty or invalid!!.

Could not do "Problem Reporting"

Every thing looks ok when pressing the QRT button on the phone and I see files in the QRT directory on the CCM server that the phones are registered to.

1. Click on Tools->QRTViewer on CCM Servicability page.

2. Select a different server (not the same server which you have used within the url in serviceability)

3. Enter according Date

4.Click on "Get Logs"

Thanks! That worked. I thought that the log files would be stored on the server that the phones are registered to. Why would they be on a server that is not associated with the phones?
