Hi Please confirm whether QSIG or ECMA QSIG is supported in SIP gateway in PBX-to PBX mode? Presently we are planning to use Cisco Call Manager 5.0?

Not according to this doc:

That seems to indicate that QSIG is only available with MGCP gateways, even in 5.0.
