Question about capture groups and its funcionality

I have many phones configured in a capture group at my office and I don't like that when I answer a phone of another person this phone shows a lost call in the screen.

I want to solve this thing. Can anybody help me?.

I use CCM 4.1 and Cisco 7940 ip phones and I don' want to change the dial plan of my office.

You can do the following:

Call A Begin event Screen Pop for Call A

Call A ConnectionCleared event Dismiss Call A's screen pop

Call B Begin event Screen Pop for Call B

This way,you dont need the call count

Use the CallConnectionCleared event instead of the EndCall event.
