Question about JTAPI disconnected event sent when reaching external destination
Using CCU 8, can anybody explain the following reception of events when calling an external destination with an external prefix "0". The device 8011 calls
00247324832 (the national number is 0247324832). We receive the established event but after that we receive a disconnected event signaling that the external connection 00247324832 is disconnected while the call is indeed going on (the local connexion on 8011 is not disconnected of course).
I don't understand the reason of this disconnected event.
Could it be related to the external prefix (arriving on the trunk may trigger specific jtapi events?). Note that the trunk used is a PRI trunk (T2 in France).
