I would like to know all the posible configurations of the ring tones for my IP phones 7912, 7940 and 7960 of my company and if it is possible to add my own ring tones. I use Call Manger 4.1.

Look in the ringlist.xml file located in C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath.
