Depending on what capabilities you need from the PBX. Unless you are using qsig the router will not transparently pass the facility from the pbx to the other side. So unless the PBX is doing something propietary, you should be ok.
You would need an NM-HDV with a VWIC1 or 2 depending on how many T1's.
Then you would need to create a dialplan in the router using dialpeers.
No I meant something like, calling name and called name in a proprietary fdacility rather than in the standard IE. Or Message waiting indication lights pased through facility. Any messages that are vendor proprietary and not part of a spec.
