I limit to 10 Ko the available bandwith for a host wich Ip adresse is 212.X.X.X , so the maximum bandwith for this host is 10 Ko ; when I try to download a file using ftp from this host ( download.com for example), the maximum speed of the transfert is limited to 2 Ko; I don't understand why I can't reach the maximum bandwith wich have been set to 10 Ko ?
when I remoove the traffic policy, I download at 192 Ko . any idea ? any input will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
