I have configured a pilot point in CM 4.0 to queue mutiple calls using the attendant console configuration tool. Works great. However, instead of the TCD service routing longest wait time "in queue" first, it ends up routing the last call in queue first. Example: ext 1234 goes in queue. ext 1235 goes in queue. Pilot point A hangs up...ext 1235 rings Pilot point A! Hang up, ext 1234 rings Pilot point A! Sounds like a bug, but thought I'd try here 1st. Thanks.
