Queuing problem using acc

I am using accconfig.bat to queue calls to a number and I have a problem where when the call transfers it queues for the default time before ringing the phone even when the number is not busy. I want it to transfer directly and only queue when the line is busy. Has anyone come across this issue??

Hi,

Try that:

Uncheck always route member in:

Cisco CM attendant console>hunt group for that number.

Thanks it does work if I do that but then the number doesn't go to voicemail after queuing for the set time. Is there a way round that?
