Quick way to change multiple phones

We have about 150 phones and we now want to use device mobility. Is there an easy way to export all the data to a BAT file then change everyone then import them back in? Otherwise this will take forever.

There is not really a way to export things to BAT format. To me it looks like you can turn on extension mobility with bat 4.3.1. I have it loaded and went to configure phones. The update phones in the upper right. And one of the option is extension mobility on or off.

I noticed that in Bat, however can I use that for phones that are already installed?
