Quiet calls

I have one particular user on my Ip telephony network who complains of constant low volume on majority of his calls.

I did increase the output attenuation on my PSTN truk to reduce some heavy echo on external calls. A survey I conducted shows that this(quiet calls) is currently not occuring with other users.

Any ideas, anyone.

Could be something as simple as a bad handset or phone.
