I have CM 3.1.4(b) and a cisco 3725 running IOS flash:c3725-is-mz.122-13.T.bin acting as the gateway. For some particular reason when a user on an IP phone called a particular external phone number the beep that come after the prompt to leave a message is inaudible. I could hear the voicemail prompt perfectly. If I use a mobile or an analog phone I could hear the beep perfectly. Does anybody know why this would occur and whether there are any settings on the Call Manager or the gateway that I could test like audio gain etc... This problem could be replicated all the time.
I have tested this with various call manager running 3.3(2) with phone load number P00303030202 but the problem is actually worse with these phone loads. I could not even hear the beep. Does it have to be specific to the phone loads you mentioned above? Please help?
