"9" added to offNet call when it is supposedly dropped.
It happens randomly. user has to dial a "9" when making PSTN call, instead of dropping the digit "9", another "9" is added to the call which connect the user to a wrong person. What could be the cause?
Re: "9" added to offNet call when it is supposedly dropped.
Can't say I can think of a reason for it. My gut feeling would be that it is user error or a phone with a key that likes to stick. You could look at the trace files to see what numbers are actually getting recieved by the CallManager from the phone. My first inclination is that you will find the phone is sending two 9's. Good luck.
