"Corporate Directory"

We are running CM 3.09 and our Corporate Directory has become quite out dated. I was wondering if there was an easier way to update the directory than going through the "User" "Global Directory" one entry at a time.

You can use BAT 4.1 to add users in bulk. If you need to modify users then there is not really a quick way. It might be faster for you to use the DC Directory Administrator GUI rather than CCMAdmin Global Directory if you need to make a lot of modifications.

For bulk inserts of users, BAT is definitely the quickest.

Or you can use AD as your directory store. This will require a little bit of setup (and a schema change), but well worth it in the long run to have a single directory.
