"Host Not Found" after selecting Login service

Users are getting a "Host Not Found" message when they select the Login service

Are you using DNS name or ip address under server config page in CM>

Under Enterprise parameters in CM, you should set URL services to use an ipaddress rather than name (unless you have DNS set up for the phones)

Also check if the Login IP Phone services uses an ip address rather than DNS name.
