Using CCM 3.05a with Unity 2.4.5.66. Some users get a msg. when accessing vm telling them that their inbox is almost full, to please delete some messages. Default message store size is 100 Mb. The users mailboxes were averaging about 20-25 Mb. We deleted some msgs (about half) but still getting that prompt. Any ideas?

If you're getting that message it's because Exchange is telling us the first mailbox size limit has been reached for that box (we're not checking the size ourselves). Be sure to check the deleted items, sent items, and draft folders since those all count against your "inbox" size. Folks get burned from time to time by the Journal stuff as well if they have it on.

Jeff,
Is there any way to prevent Unity from giving the 'mailbox almost full' message to the user, even if Exchange is set to give such a warning? Maybe a registry hack or something that will prevent Unity from verbally giving the user this warning?
Thanks.

No, we're hard coded to give user's a heads up that they wont be able to send. We must give this warning because once they reach this limit they will not be allowed to send messages of any kind (even voice mail from over the phone). Exchange enforces this, there's nothing we can do about it.
If you don't want users to hear this, the only option is to remove the limits in Exchange or to make sure they keep their inbox clean.
