"Interesting" Call Behavior

CM3.1(3a)SPF, 12.2(2)XN w/ PRI to PSTN. I placed a call to Cisco Reseller Support today through my IP Phone. The Cisco rep claimed that in addition to hearing me in our conversation she could hear our operator loud and clear, as if we were eavesdropping on another conversation. I could not hear the operator. Somehow the operators voice stream was playing on the outbound channel to the Cisco Rep.

This looks like a bug in the Cisco IP phone software. Probably you have to look for any known bugs in the bug tool kit.
