"registration rejected" for Extended Mobility

Here the situation:

CCM 3.2.1 with the DC directory patch.

When I login it flashes "registration successful" then it immediately displays "registration rejected."

Has anyone seen this? Any ideas? Does anyone have extension mobility working with 3.2.1?

Is the phone registed the the publisher or the sub? The only thing I can think of are maybe there are replication issues from pub to sub. Not sure is this is the issue or not but that is the only thing that really comes to mind.

There is only one call manager.

Actually, I was able to read the message better this time. It doesn't say "registration accepted" it says "registering".

I was thinking that it might be a problem with the adp loads, but they exist and look correct. I've also tried assigning a device profile to the phone, but that doesn't work either. I tried assigning a profile to the user, to no avail....
