"Requesting Line Status" - 7960 Phone

Hi,

Has anyone seen this on the display? It happened around the time we lost communication to the Primary CallManager. It seemed to stay on that message for a while. Is this a KeepAlive error?

Can you give a detailed description of the problem like , where are you getting the message, CCM version. do you have Vlans.

The information came second-hand and it occured during the loss of an Active CM... so at this point I cannot elaborate.
