"User not validated" in PAB Synch

I am trying to synchronize an outlook address book with an IP Phone. The Synch program from Cisco keeps telling me the user is not validated. I know the user ID and password are valid because I can synchronize from a different computer. It works from one PC, and not on the other! Any ideas why this would be? Thanks.
