Radius Authorization Issue using SS7 GW

We develop an IVR application using TCL 1.0 and we are sending avpair in the authorization to the radius server.(h323-ivr-out=stage:0)

Using a 2610 router with 12.2.(12a) we are receiving this attribute sucessfully and also using a different IOS for the same kind of cisco in another location , and using AS535X and we never have a problem.

But we have a 5300 with 12.2.(13)T for E1 SS7 signalling we cannot receive it.

any idea in order to receive all the attributes , is related with the IOS ?

You need an IP plus IOS with 128 mb ram to support the AVPair.
