RAM for a 7835H-3.0-IPC1

My publisher is a 7835H-3.0-IPC1 with 1gb. Cisco doesn't make this model anymore and I have had a hard time ordering memory because I can't get specific info on what kind it uses. It is the HP/Compaq flavor of servers (not IBM).
